Since March is National Nutrition Month, we are bringing you a delicious recipe made with Chillax’n CBD. Here are the ingredients and instructions to blend this tasty CBD Oil smoothie, which is also gluten-free and vegan. It’s the perfect post-workout treat for exercise recovery!
1 cup packed greens (i.e., kale, chard, spinach)
1 medium banana
1 dropper full of Chillax’n CBD oil
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
½ small avocado
¾ cup of your favorite plant-based milk (soy, nut, etc.)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Put all ingredients in in a blender and run it for a few minutes or until smooth and creamy. Next, pour into cup and enjoy!
