We do not ship to the following domestic locations, due to state by state regulations: AL, AZ, CA, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NH, OR, RI, SC, TX, and we do not ship international.
- All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST. Due to extenuating circumstances, such as supply chain issues due to global or regional events, there may be a delay in your shipment.
- The standard rate charged for the shipping of an order is $7.75.
- We use the following carriers to deliver orders most commonly, and always use a recognized carrier: USPS, FedEx, UPS
- Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door
- If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
- If an item goes on back-order, we will ship you the items in your order currently in stock. When the remaining item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the remainder of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
