The above example is from their free trial version. The feed is embedded in an iframe which is not best design and updates every 24 hours which is why it was not considered as an option. The description and prices in the Shopify Store do not match what the upgrade button brings up which appears to be typical with Shopify apps. Based on the upgrade button choices, the lowest rate is the Gold Plan at $9.95 a month with a 15 minute Refresh Rate. The Platinum Plan is $45.00 a month with "Real-Time" Refresh Rate. The Shopify Store description mentions a Minimal and Basic Plan which do not show up when clicking the Upgrade Button. Nor does an option for a 14 Day Free Trial with the paid plans.
Summary:
It may be that with a paid plan the feed will not be in an iframe. A 15 minute Refresh Rate is great, if it actually does update. (Reviews are questionable with some people having issues.) If we click the Buy Now button, the payment could be taken immediately, or maybe there will be a 14 Day Trial. I have not taken that risk.
Shopify App - Shoppable Instagram Feed by POWR.io
POWR.io is an established app developer with a good track record with cross-platforms apps. This is one we tested in the free version above. It works, but at the Free level with the limit of 6 posts, POWR branding, and a 24 hour Refresh Rate, the ElfSight app we are currently testing appeared a better choice.

Summary:
POWR has a plan for $11.99 per month with a 3 hour Refresh Rate and no branding that may be a good solution now. At the $79.00 a month plan the Refresh Rate is 30 minutes.
TaggBox - Instagram Feed:
TaggBox is an app that is outside of Shopify. It works well, however requires a separate account in TaggBox and billing would not be integrated with Shopify. That is not a big problem, but does require a few steps from the client as far as creating the account and adding their billing information.
Summary:
TaggBox has worked well in our testing using a developer account. The Free Plan allows 2,000 views per month and has a 6 hour Refresh Rate. The next plan at $19.00 a month has a one hour Refresh Rate and allows 10,000 views.
There are other feed services outside of Shopify that could work as well. Our efforts were focused on keeping everything integrated for ease and convenience, but having a feed that works with a reasonable Refresh Rate is very important. If using an outside feed app service is acceptable, we can compare some features and prices.
